Reader signup services
We use EmailOctopus to manage email subscriptions and send reader news and offers. SlickText, the SMS signup service linked from our reader-club page, handles mobile-number collection and text-message consent. Email and SMS subscriptions are separate. Review the provider’s terms and privacy information shown in each form before joining.
You can unsubscribe from email using the link in a message. Reply STOP to stop text messages, or follow the SMS signup terms and privacy information. Contact ella@ellamiles.com with questions about your reader information.
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. When you open an external signup form or audiobook player, that provider receives the information needed to load its content and applies its own privacy practices.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, this website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, retailer-link clicks and interactions with reader signup forms. Google receives technical information such as browser and device details and processes the connection needed to provide analytics. We do not send your email address, mobile number, form entries or full URL query strings in our analytics events. Analytics cookies are used only after you accept. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in this integration.
You can decline analytics and still use the website. Change or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. A form open is not a confirmed subscription, an email delivery or a book purchase. Provider acceptance and inbox delivery are checked separately.

It is Ella Miles LLC's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you or which you may provide to us, in the circumstances set out below. Data that we collect automatically
We automatically collect certain information when you visit our Website – such as the type of browser and operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider. We do not link this information with any Personal Data.
We may also collect data automatically through our use of cookies on the Website. Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information.
